Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheshirtGoats@outlook.com and include your order number along with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Orders lost due to incorrect customer information
